Permission to Operate a Protective Service Agency
As outlined in the Supplemental Police Act Chapter 15:02, persons wishing to operate a Protective Service Agency in Trinidad and Tobago, must first seek permission from the Minister of National Security to do so. To make an application to operate a Security Firm in Trinidad and Tobago, download the form Application Form to Operate as a Protective Service Agency and submit the completed form to:
Protective Section,
Ministry of Homeland Security,
Tower C, International Waterfront Centre,
#1 Wrightson Road,
Port of Spain.
